How fast are the alerts?
We scan every 2 minutes. From the moment stock goes live to the Discord ping landing on your phone — usually under 30 seconds. For high-demand products, that speed is the difference between getting one and missing out.
Do I need Discord?
Yes, alerts are sent via Discord. If you don't have it, it's a free app — takes 2 minutes to set up. Make sure push notifications are enabled so you get pinged even when the app is closed.
Can I set alerts for specific stores?
Absolutely. You pick exactly which Smyths locations (and Tesco counties, Art N Hobby branches, etc.) you want alerts for. No spam from stores you'll never visit.
